St. Patrick’s Day Contest – Official Rules

Official Rules
• Beginning noon on March 10, 2010 and ending at 11:59 p.m. on March 16, 2010, contestants can earn entries for the gift card drawing.
• Drawing will be held March 17. The number of total winners will be one (1) in all. The winner will receive one (1) American Express gift card with $50 in value.
• Each contestant can gain up to three entries via one each of the following methods:
1. Retweet the announcement of the contest
2. Send an @ reply to the @MichiganFirstCU Twitter handle answering a question that can be found on MichiganFirst.com/online
3. Post an @reply that you became or are already a fan of Michigan First Credit Union on Facebook
• Winner will be contacted by a Michigan First Credit Union representative via Twitter within 24 hours of the drawing. In response, the winner must send a direct message with their address, phone and email. The prize will be mailed to the information given.
• Failure to respond to the direct message to claim the gift card prize within thirty days of drawing date will result in forfeiture of the prize, which shall become the property of Michigan First Credit Union.
• Only one (1) prize per person. Need not be present to win. No substitutions allowed for any prizes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes the participant’s approval to all of Michigan First Credit Union’s publicity and advertising rights.
• Michigan First Credit Union Management will verify all winning entries and award all prizes. The decision of Michigan First Credit Union Management is final.
• All entries are non-transferable and void if copied, torn, mechanically altered or mutilated in any way. Entries have no cash value.
• Michigan First Credit Union and affiliates, vendors, Team Members, immediate family members and members of their household are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
• All federal, state and local laws and regulations if any apply and are the responsibility of the winner.
• Michigan First Credit Union is not responsible for a lost or mutilated prize after it has been mailed.
