We’re proud to announce the Detroit Free Press has named Michigan First a metro Detroit Top Workplace! Special thanks go out to all of our team members and credit union members who make Michigan First a great place to work each and every day.

To make their selections, the Detroit Free Press surveyed 32,363 employee team members at 173 organizations throughout southeast Michigan.  According to the Free Press, each surveyed team member was asked to rate his or her organization’s performance according to 23 factors, ranging in topic from satisfaction to trust.

Team member satisfaction is a Michigan First priority.
